Q. How much does it cost to post on NETSHARE?
A. Nothing - as long as the position meets our qualification there is no charge to post.
Q. Do I have to re-register each time I post?
A. No! Each time you return to the site simply enter your UserID and Password into the boxes in the Upper Right Hand corner. This will open your personal Netshare account. Your information will be automatically filled in for all future job listings (saving you time!!)
Q. Does the “base compensation” for the position include the bonus, etc.?
A. No, the position must pay a minimum base compensation of $100,000 before bonuses, stock or any other form of compensation.
Q. Do you have a database of executive resumes?
A. Yes we do.

Q. How current are the resumes in the database?
A. Our database is up-to-date...only reflecting information on current NETSHARE members.
Q. I have changed companies, do I need to re-register?
A. You can either re-register or you can send the new information to Cindy at cindy@netshare.com and she will be happy to make the changes for you.
Q. My company name or contact information has changed, do I need to re-register?
A. No! Please contact Cindy and let her know your updated information. Cindy@netshare.com
Q. Can I hide my Name, company, address, phone, etc….? How?
A. Yes, When you input each position you can select which information you wish to hide. Please remember that you must provide at least one way for the Executive to contact you.
Q. I lost my work!!! Why?
A. Did you time out? Our system is set up to sign you off if it has not detected activity in a certain time period. The system will alert you with a Time Out message. If you have a pop-up blocker turned on, we can not warn you and you may lose your work. If it is going to take you longer than 10 minutes to post your position, you will need to select the “Save but don’t Submit” at the bottom of the template periodically during the posting process. This will save you form losing your work.
Q. How long does my position stay online?
A. Positions remain online for 60 days. As soon as we are notified that a position has been filed, put on hold, etc. it is removed from the site. If the responses have not provided matches or the panel did not work it may be relisted.

Q. The position is filled, put on hold, cancelled… How do I pull it from the site?
A. Just send
an email to Cindy@netshare.com or give Cindy a call at 1-415-883-1700
and we will remove your listing from the site. Please be sure to include
the Job Title and the name of the contact person on the position.
Q. I need to re-activate a Position - how?
A. Please send
an email to Cindy (cindy@netshare.com) or call Cindy at 1-415-883-1700.
She will be happy to reactivate your position.
Q. How do I make changes to my posted position?
A. You can make changes to the position by sending Cindy a detailed email including all of the changes needed for the position. Be sure to include the title and contact information in the email. You can also make changes to the position by clicking on the edit button next to the position you wish to edit. Make your changes and then click on the submit button at the end of the position. The changes will be reviewed by Cindy and you will be notified when the changes are made. You will also be notified if the changes are denied for any reason.
Q. I have received what I feel is an inappropriate response to my posting. What should I do?
A. If at any
time you receive what you feel is an inappropriate contact - please let
us know immediately at 1-415-883-1700. Please
remember to forward the contact’s name and the position they were applying
for.
Q. What is the job lead number you have assigned me?
A. This is an internal NETSHARE number - for our reference. Members may refer to it in correspondence.
