No Cost to Post Positions

There is no cost to the employer or search firm to post a $100K+ position, and no charge if the position is filled by a NETSHARE member. Posted positions remain active on our site for a maximum of 60 days or until we are notified to remove them.

This is the best recruitment tool I' ve ever seen. You know, we tried NYTimes/Monster, and it was pathetic. We tried The Ladders and that was barely any better. I don't know how you "did it", but NETSHARE hit a home run with your system.
