A leading Growth Equity/Venture Capital firm in the Bay Area.

Growth Equity & Venture Capital firm with a focus in technology is looking for an pre/post MBA Associate to join their growing team.

As an Associate you will take a leading role in the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of all transactions, as well as in the monitoring of portfolio companies. You will work with a small deal team in an entrepreneurial environment, and have constant interaction with the most senior members of the firm, as well as the senior management of portfolio companies.

Our client is looking for:

4-6 years of experience (minimum of two years in Growth Equity/VC with a focus on Tech companies).
Technology transaction experience a must
Top tier graduate/undergraduate degree essential
