To be considered for this position, the following is required (unless otherwise specified):
*** PhD in Chemistry, Food Science or related field
*** Minimum of 5-7 years experience in inorganic synthesis and characterization, Material Science
*** Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing - synthesis
*** Demonstrably strong communication (both oral & written) and presentation skills
*** Excellent judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
*** Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving and creative skills
*** Demonstrated ability to work and contribute to a team setting
*** Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
*** Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation and scientific methods
