Provide engineering oversight and technical support for the commercial development of gasification technology projects from initiation of detailed feasibility studies to the completion of Front End Engineering and Design (FEED). This is a key individual responsible for the development of process simulations using commercial software to model plant operations.

Develop and optimize process flow diagrams, HMBs and P&IDs. Design, size and cost estimate process equipment included in the project flow sheets. Develop competency and expertise in primary and secondary wax filtration. Actively participate in engineering and R&D efforts to optimize and improve technology for commercialization.

We seek a multi-talented technical professional with a degree in Engineering with a minimum of seven years of operating company experience (both design and operations) preferably in a petrochemical plant or refinery environment. Specific experience working as a client with major engineering and construction companies in chemical plants, refineries or other industrial process applications would be a plus. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of processes and equipment utilized in the chemical and refining industry. Fluent with the use of process simulators Hysys, Aspen or Pro II and proficient with project scheduling software such as Visio, Microsoft Project, cost estimating software and other Microsoft office applications.
The position will require travel up to 20% as needed to support projects.
