Key Information:
Expanding global Contract Manufacturing leader delivering complete design, engineering and manufacturing services to medical device companies is seeking to hire a business development manager immediately.

Location: National - Live near a major airport

Salary: Base approximately 100k + with commission bonus commensurate with performance

Summary: Expanding global Contract Manufacturing leader delivering complete design, engineering and manufacturing services to medical device companies is seeking to hire a business development manager immediately.
Major Job Duties, Responsibilities, Favorable Impacts to the organization
• Seeking new business opportunities with Tier I and II medical device companies to drive new sales growth
• Extensive travel to conduct site presentations articulating the high impact value proposition of contract manufacturing and outsourcing solutions
• Demonstration and actions of Creativity toward booking new business.
• Identifying a robust quality pipeline of new opportunities
Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years of selling Contract Manufacturing Services and Outsourcing Solutions. This is not a Product Sales job.
• Have expert working knowledge and experience in the structuring of relationships where the customer value offering includes the design and lean manufacturing of Sterile, single use disposable Medical Devices.
• Strong relationships at Executive customer level creating opportunities for company business growth and expansion
• Track record of closing $20MM-$30MM over a twelve month period with average deal size $8MM or higher
Educational/Certification Requirements:
• Four year degree – Engineering or Technical preferred
• MBA a plus
Travel Required.
