Our client is a stable, long-standing hedge fund with AUM exceeding $2 Billion
Seeking an experienced Management Company Controller - with corporate controllership experience from a hedge fund, private equity firm, or other buy side institution.
› Manage month-end close process for 6+ funds and foreign offices
› Responsible for integrity of the firm's books and records
› Prepare consolidated monthly reporting packages for senior management
› Cash management, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, insurance, 401(k) administration
› Liaise with external auditors
To be considered, applicants must possess:
› 6+ years management company controllership experience
› Previous work experience at buy-side firm
› CPA
› Advanced degree preferred
