The Manager of Accounting will report to the Assistant Controller and will be an instrumental person in the Accounting group.

Day to day responsibilities will include:
› Oversee all general accounting for US Shared Service companies, while ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Coordinate monthly close process and ensure books are closed timely and accurately.
› Supervise preparation of monthly financials and ensure compliance with US GAAP in US Shared Services environment, utilizing Oracle financials. Participate in monthly closing meetings with Divisional Finance Directors.
› Prepare elimination entries, perform foreign currency translation and consolidation of the worldwide financial statements in accordance with US GAAP for submission to Financial reporting group.
› Liaise with the Financial reporting group and provide further information that is required in the preparation of internal and external financials.

› CPA, Big 4 profile
› Additional experience in an industry setting strongly preferred
› Experience working with a business larger than $500million in revenue

› Experience of global consolidations a plus but not essential
