Key Information:

Responsible for the overall innovation, design, development, quality and on-going maintenance of world class kitchen equipment. Product development includes management of projects from initial concept through the implementation in production and beyond. Must be able to guide the “team” through the entire product development process and work with all customer channels and all levels of company employees.

Provide technical leadership and direction for the design integrity and product reliability of assigned products.

**Experience in small kitchen appliances highly desirable.

Experience with requirements of Underwriters Laboratories, National Sanitation Foundation, and foreign regulatory agencies.

Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering required.

**A full spec will be supplied to serious qualified contenders.

Will Relocate.
Travel Required.
