What you need for this position:
- 10+ years of experience in an account management role in an agency environment - Strong interactive background a must
- Accountability for budget or client revenue of $10mm+
- 3+ years of client executive experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships at the Vice President and Senior Vice President levels
- Experienced with multiple campaign lifecycles from business development to final delivery
- Experience leading teams with multiple discipline representation (especially technology, creative, media and strategy)
What you'll be doing - You will:
- Manage multiple lines of business within a single client relationship or manage multiple clients through the ability to understand Client marketing and business objectives and develop high-level strategic plans
- Drive strategic plans and objectives for clients within the agency and monitor efforts to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage internal resource allocation and costs towards profitability.
- Support company financial goals by growing accounts and nurturing new relationships
