* 4+ years in a Senior Level SEO management position

* Solid understanding of content management systems and knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, FLASH and CSS as they relate to SEO

What you'll be doing:
The SEO Director will be accountable for developing SEO strategies and overseeing their execution to ensure that client goals are met and exceeded.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Generating top-tier recommendations for optimizing site architecture, optimizing URL structures and patterns for maximized indexing and keyword relevancy
* Conducting analysis to identify further optimization opportunities for each of our clients on a monthly basis
* Developing strategies that leverage web 2.0, social networking, user generated content and PR efforts to drive qualified traffic.
* Overseeing a team of dedicated SEO technicians who have 3-4 years experience.
* Stimulating team productivity and growth
