Key Information:

Role:

- Advise global clients on best practices in the outsourcing of application services and associated technologies.
- Chief spokesperson on best practice expertise, demonstrated through development of presentations and client interaction in business process and IT outsourcing trends that affect corporate transformation initiatives, shared services and ongoing operations.

Qualifications:

- The ideal candidate would be someone who has 10+ years of experience as both a practitioner and consultant in the field of application services outsourcing - not just infrastructure outsourcing.
- Must be a great writer and communicator able to provide examples of writing ability.
- Deep understanding of the global services and outsourcing industry and ability to link best practices, business strategies, goals and metrics to clients business and IT strategies.
- Ability to interact at all levels of an organization including executive ranks representing and defending analysis.
- Extensive experience presenting to audiences of all sizes.
- Travel requirement is approximately 25%-30%.
- Bachelor's degree and MBA Preferred

This position is based in Boston, MA and no relocation assistance is available.
