Leading provider of social networking sites.
The search marketing director will be responsible for developing strategy and managing paid search for the client companies in an effort to support customer acquisition and transaction goals at allowable acquisition costs.
The SMD will continuously identify and evaluate new opportunities for distribution growth and will interface with internal marketing, product and technical groups to develop, implement and support marketing strategies and programs. This person will steward and coordinate campaigns through all phases of launch and maintenance, including contract review and approval, ad copy development, trafficking, reporting, analysis and optimization.
The SMD will work closely with the Director of Online Marketing to develop strategy and manage the company's PPC search campaigns to successfully drive cost effective sales. The person will need to be analytical and organized, understand business drivers and possess effective communication skills, must be able to develop and maintain close relationships with the top tier search engines. WIll be responsible for generating campaign performance reports, providing performance analysis and executing on that analysis to ensure positive ROI.
Skills:
3-5 years directly related search marketing .
BA degree in a related field.
Advanced math and analytical skills.
Excellent fiscal responsibility.
Experience managing multiple competing priorities.
