This is the second search I have been on in five years. The first time I signed up for NETSHARE and a number of other similar websites. That experience left me with the impression that NETHSARE just did a better job. My use of your site, in both searches, resulted in interviews and opportunities, something I cannot say about the other sites. You guys do a good job.

My thoughts are that NetShare continues to recognize that there is no "status quo" in business ... you either go forward or decline. NetShare Team Management evidently recognizes this as evidenced by their ability to not only manage change in the business / social environment in which they compete but also create change. And finally, the crowning component of the NetShare success matrix is SERVICE to its network. The hiring process was extremely challenging requiring great attention to detail and preparation on my part. However, thanks to the many resources, skills and knowledge I acquired via NETSHARE. I was successful at age 58 (according to Newsweek I'm supposed to be in the scrap heap)...and a journey covering one and three- quarter years ended with a great opportunity and a brighter future. This (NETSHARE) is simply the best recruitment tool I've ever seen. You know, we tried NYTimes/Monster, and it was pathetic. We tried TheLaddders and that was barely any better. I don't know you you "did it", but NETSHARE hit a home run with your system.

I always post what I can to NETSHARE, because we are pleased with what response we do get. It’s never too many to deal with, and in most cases, we do receive at least one (sometimes two or three) that we do submit to our client. We have made a few placements and are firm believers in your site.
